About Us

Our caravan camping site, established in 2020, is located in the historic village of Rumelifeneri in Sarıyer. Situated where the sea meets the forest, it stands out in Istanbul with its unique location—close to the city, yet offering a peaceful, quiet, and serene escape away from urban life.

Our campsite is spread over approximately 16 decares (about 16,000 square meters) and operates with both an official camping license issued by the Sarıyer Municipality and a simple accommodation license approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. In addition, we hold Stage 1 and Stage 2 Sustainable Tourism Certificates. Our camp is the only officially licensed caravan campsite on the European side closest to the city center, located just 20 minutes from Maslak and only 30 minutes from Zincirlikuyu.

Our campsite has a capacity of 120 caravans, built in accordance with European standards. Pricing is based on square meter rates. In the near future, we also plan to offer additional services within the campsite, including a market, a caravan supply store, and a restaurant.

Our campsite serves both local and international guests with short-term and long-term accommodation options. Guests can stay with their caravans on a daily, monthly, or yearly basis. For those who prefer short stays, we have designated parcels specifically reserved for short-term accommodation. We also offer tent areas exclusively allocated for local and international families.

The caravan parcels have been individually designated according to a project designed and implemented in line with European standards. Each parcel is equipped with its own infrastructure, including electricity, water supply, grey water drainage, and cassette disposal connections for every caravan.

All parcels are equipped with ready-to-use wooden and stone deck areas in front of the caravans. Our campsite has a permanent team of three staff members, including two on-site personnel and one night security guard. We provide uninterrupted service to our guests 24/7, 365 days a year.

Night security conducts hourly patrols between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM using a guard tracking system. The campsite includes a security booth and a management office. In addition, common areas such as showers, restrooms, and kitchen facilities are regularly cleaned by our dedicated cleaning staff.

All electrical panels are locked and equipped with security seals. Emergency exits and assembly points are clearly designated throughout the campsite. There are more than 100 dry chemical fire extinguishers located next to each electrical panel and at various points across the site. The campsite also has a clean water tank with a capacity of 20 tons.

The identities of all guests staying at the campsite are regularly reported to the Gendarmerie Identity Notification System.

As part of our sustainable tourism policies, recycling bins are available throughout the campsite.

Including all indoor common areas, the campsite entrances and exits, as well as the entire perimeter and interior, are monitored 24/7 by a professional camera system consisting of 55 cameras. There are three vehicle entry/exit gates, all equipped with license plate recognition systems that allow automatic access through barrier controls. Pedestrian access is provided through a dedicated entrance/exit gate using access cards assigned to each parcel and issued by the management. Additionally, digital displays showing the time, date, and temperature are located next to the campsite entrance gates.

Our campsite features two common gathering and event areas: Rumeli Square and Fener Square. Events are organized in these areas on special occasions such as New Year’s celebrations, national holidays, and summer welcome gatherings.

Our campsite is equipped with a water-based fire extinguishing system that is not available in any other campsite in Türkiye. A dedicated 30-ton water tank, integrated exclusively with this system, is connected to 18 fire cabinets via 650 meters of steel piping. The water supply and pumping system operates both electrically and with a diesel engine. Each fire cabinet allows intervention with water pressure of up to 10 bar. The system also includes fire truck water refill connections. In addition, we are capable of responding to fires up to 300 meters outside the campsite using our fire extinguishing water system. Furthermore, the campsite is equipped with a foam fire extinguishing vehicle, protective firefighting gear, foam agents, an emergency siren, and an announcement system. Occupational Health and Safety services are regularly maintained.

In order to maintain simplicity, order, and safety within the campsite, only TSE-approved tents that are integrated into caravan rails, non-permanent, and easily removable are permitted. Tents consisting of three pieces under awnings are also allowed. The use of winter gardens, gazebos, and wooden fences is not permitted within the campsite.

The caravan parking areas, roads, and parking zones have been reinforced with stabilized materials to prevent the campsite from becoming muddy during rainy weather. For children, we offer two playgrounds located under the shade of fruit and pine trees. Our indoor common areas include a sufficient number of showers, hot water facilities, restrooms, and a kitchen. Additionally, washing machines and dryers are available for shared use.

Multiple gazebos and relaxation areas are available for our guests. Next to these gazebos, six concrete barbecue units have been installed at six different points for communal use.

At the center of our campsite, beneath a large pine tree decorated with colorful Alaçatı-style lanterns, there is a specially designed fire pit garden barbecue area. Here, you can enjoy shared moments with your friends. In addition, 40 designated and numbered parking spaces have been allocated exclusively for our campsite residents. A separate parking area with its own entrance is also available for guests of our residents. Our shared internet service is supported by fiber infrastructure, providing fast and uninterrupted access free of charge throughout the entire campsite.

The lighting system automatically activates in the evening. The campsite is surrounded by more than 500 trees, predominantly fruit trees, offering the unique experience of picking fresh fruit directly from the branches during the season. Additional landscaping arrangements have also been implemented. Each parcel is bordered with snowball hedge plants, and every caravan parcel includes at least two trees.

Caravan gas cylinder needs can be supplied from the campsite for an additional fee. The entire campsite is enclosed with iron fencing.

Our campsite is located 500 meters from the sea and is surrounded by state-owned forests. As it is situated two parcels below a secondary road, there is no traffic congestion in the area, ensuring a მშვიდ and quiet environment with smooth access.

In Rumelifeneri Village, there are two corporate supermarkets, one bakery, two butcher shops, one liquor store, two hardware stores, as well as numerous fish restaurants and breakfast venues. There is also a beach operating in the Garipçe Büyükliman area, where you can easily enjoy swimming.

Thanks to its location, our campsite offers opportunities for cycling, running, walking, motorbike tours, swimming, boat rentals, fishing, kitesurfing, and windsurfing. Additionally, through a special agreement, fresh milk, eggs, yogurt, and sourdough are delivered daily—or even hourly—from Eşrefoğlu and Kadir Baba Farms. Fresh fruits and vegetables are also supplied daily from nearby gardens, and fresh fish can be sourced directly from the village. Moreover, all your food and grocery orders can be delivered directly to your caravan at any time via popular delivery applications and major supermarket chains’ online services, with meal orders typically arriving within 30 minutes.

Our campsite is surrounded by hundreds of acres of the Mavramoloz State Forest, with one side facing the Black Sea and the other overlooking the Bosphorus. It is a truly unique location where you can enjoy both the iodine-rich sea air and the refreshing scent of pine forests.

Within our campsite, you can enjoy picking and eating seasonal fruits directly from trees such as pear, linden, quince, fig, walnut, hazelnut, cherry, mulberry, black mulberry, lemon, loquat, apple, medlar, red plum, green plum, grapevines, olive, and pomegranate.
